REFLECTION QUESTIONS

Brene Brown shares that connection - the ability to feel connected is why we are here. Think about the people you surround yourself with. Do you feel connected to them? Why or Why not?

Brene Brown says that we all feel shame, which she describes as the idea that you are not good enough.

In what situations do you feel that way?  What can you do to overcome this feeling?

Brown’s described wholehearted as people who have a strong sense of love and belonging, and believe that they are worthy of love and belonging. They embrace their vulnerability.

What can you do in your daily life to become more wholehearted?
